Mark McQuagge graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1995 and has practiced exclusively in the State of Florida since Bar Certification in 1996.  He is a Florida native being born in Fort Myers, Florida and has been a resident of Brevard County since 1997.  His clientele includes, but is not limited to, a national health care company for all of its 80 Florida locations, a large out of state property management company, a large multi-state cellular phone company and many local businesses and private individuals.
           
Mark is admitted to all Florida State Courts in the Middle District of Florida.  His concentration of practice includes personal injury matters, criminal defense matters and disputes between Local Governments and private citizens related to land use.  He is a former Assistant State Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit, City Attorney for City of Cape Canaveral, Assistant City Attorney for the City of Cocoa and House Council for Allstate Insurance Company.
           

He received his undergraduate degree and played collegiate baseball at Auburn University, is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and the Brevard County Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Florida Association of Trial Lawyers, both civil and criminal and was the assistant coach for Satellite Beach High School Mock Trial Team.
 

Scott Blaue graduated in the top five percent of his class at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, where he was the founding Editor-in-Chief of the Barry University Law Review. He is a 37 year resident of Brevard County where he retains strong ties with his client base in the local and business communities.  His clientele includes a national health care company for all of its 80 Florida locations, several real estate developers including a large out of state property management company, many local construction companies, medical doctors, businesses and private individuals.  Scott is admitted to all Florida State Courts and Federal Courts in the Middle District of Florida.  His concentration of practice includes civil, commercial and real property litigation.  He handles matters in areas including contract disputes, consumer protection, personal injury, insurance, landlord/tenant, trademark, estate planning and corporations. 

He received his undergraduate degree and played collegiate baseball at the University of Florida, is a licensed private pilot and is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and the Brevard County Bar Association.  He is also a senior member of the Florida Civil Air Patrol and is a member of the board of directors for the Central Brevard Soccer League.

Prior to his legal career, Scott worked in Brevard County as the Work Hardening Coordinator for HealthSouth Rehabilitation where he coordinated a multidisciplinary treatment and physical therapy team providing return to work services to injured workers.  He is trained as an ergonomic consultant and conducted numerous job-site analyses for the development of ADA compliant pre-employment screening and test batteries.  He was later promoted to Director of Occupation Medicine Services for the Southeast United States.
